We do accept returns providing they are returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused. Please ensure that it is in the same packaging, with any tags still attached. You’ll also need proof of purchase or a receipt. Unfortunately, any items returned that have stains or sign of wear will be unaccepted and sent back. To arrange your return or exchange please contact us via email on luxescrubs@outlook.com.

 

If you wish to return any items from us that you claim are imperfect or faulty, once returned we will examine and contact you via details provided regarding your refund or exchange. 

 

Any items you wish to return, postage should be covered by the buyer, we recommend tracked delivery so you can track the process of the return. We will cover any exchange shipping back to the buyer. 

Refunds may take up to 7 days after return to be issued into your account and will be reimbursed through the same details in which you purchased the goods.

All our Scrubs will be sent via royal mail.

Royal mail UK first class tracked shipping estimated at (1-3 working days) £5.49.

Any tracking information will be sent out to the email provided upon purchase.

We will send out any items up to 24 hours after purchase and you should receive your goods within 2-5 working days. (Excludes weekends and bank holidays) Please ensure that all shipping details are correct upon ordering as we are not liable for any packages sent to the wrong address. 

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays with your order after being sent out, the times we estimate are estimates only and further factors may affect the date and time your order is delivered.
